Mercure Hotel

Saturday 15th March saw us back at the Mercure Birmingham West Hotel in West Bromwich with our charity stall. The Baggies played at home, there was a wedding reception and a 40th birthday party. It was busy and we had a really good day, Ethan got to each pizza and chips and go for a swim in the hotel pool with dad Carl.
The stall started off slow but then sales and donations started to trickle in and we were busy for most of the day. We met and spoke to a lot of people who were amazed at Ethan's strength, determination and his decision to start fundraising to buy toys for other children. It was lovely how many took time out of the day to stop and chat with us.
Our plushies were a huge hit with adults and kids, even those that just passed by couldn't help but admire them or give them a quick squeeze.
To end our day the Baggies drew 1-1, the bride looked stunning and we ran out of unicorns, highland cows and elephants.
We had a fantastic day and look forward to going back soon.
