Wow, when I look back now August was a busy busy month for all

of us. The planning for the cycle ride was our main focus, but we don't like sit still so...

The 3rd saw us head to Buxfest truck show to support our friend Michelle and of course Andy's Man Club, a fantastic charity helping men's mental health. #itsoktotalk

The 4th saw Laura and Ethan watch Ethan's boxing club, Trojan swap the gloves for boots and take on Cannock boxing club at Walsall Wood Football Club. Everyone had a fantastic afternoon and we all loved it. Trojan also hosted there own interhouse boxing matches on the 10th, again at Walsall Wood FC. We took the stall along to this one with the team. Over both events, our sales and donations we raised a total £1064.86 including a £150 donation from Cannock. Thank you to everyone who took part and especially to Gav for putting it all together, the stress was all worth it in the end.

The 6th saw Laura and Ethan take the small pop up shop to Knaves Court, a retirement home in Brownhills. This event is about supporting the local community. It was great to meet some lovely people who had followed us on Facebook from the start but never actually met Ethan. On the evening we took our mini pop up stall to The Hollies Truck Stop. We had to have tea at the same time, be rude not too, this is Ethan's second home after all.

The 16th Laura and Ethan set up the stall at The Mercure Birmingham West Hotel in West Bromwich. Had a brilliant day, the staff are so lovely and Ethan said the pizza is the best ever. The burgers are really really good too, they even do a gluten free option.

25th Aug Carl, Ethan, Matt and Rebecca took the pop up shop along to PUREGYM in Merry Hill. Organised by Matt, the gym hosted a virtual cycle ride to help us with our fundraising. The idea was to cycle as fast and as far as you can in 10min. The person with the furthest distance won a hamper full of fitness goodies with second prize an Ethan's Journey hoodie. The gym ran the event over 3 days. Amount raised and winners will be announced next month.

The 31st we went along to Footherley Community Alpaca day in Lichfield. We got to meet and feed the Alpaca's too who were adorable. The alpaca's are family pets and the family open the field up for visitors twice a year. We definitely fell in love with them and will be going back again. If you would like to follow the alpaca's you can via Instagram just click here.

This month also saw the first drop of our winter hats arrive. As much as we don't like winter we love nothing more than wrapping up warm and cosy. Click here to see our full range and choice of colours.
